CURRENT CLASS VIBES
* Classes range from 60 - 75 minutes long.
Bringing the balance between what is easeful in our bodies (what feels good!) and what needs strengthening. Relaxing (stretching) and building muscle (strength/resilience) is a core focus in these classes. But! everyone is unique. Find your rhythm.
Whether you did Yoga "years ago" or are a pro, you will find something useful in my class if you're ready to challenge yourself with a deeper connection to your SELF with a little more body love. Believe me, that body love changes every day, it is not a destination, it is a journey!
These classes offer meditation, mindfulness practices, movement, sometimes a little dancing, and REST (stretching your muscles relaxes them!)

Using the five elements to ground us in class,
Embracing the different spaces within us using the doshas (elements)
Earth - Air - Fire - Water - Ether (Space/Spaciousness)
Kapha - Earth - Water = that which grounds us
Pitta - Water - Fire = that which helps us transform
Vata - Air - Ether = that which moves us
Bringing elements of Asana (movement) Pranayama (breath) and my teachings from my teacher Chinnamasta, that include Ayurvedic lifestyle and tantra teachings.
Coming from a place of great respect and love, I offer my classes to a variety of bodies, and all my classes are currently floor/mat work.
