About craniosacral Work
If you're ready for deep healing, first we must invite deep relaxation. Inviting your nervous system to feel safe and held. This involves a gentle, hands on approach, that is in fact, very deep work. I am a certified Visionary Cranial sacral practitioner VCSW® and have a background in a variety of modalities.
Things like stress, trauma and illness restrict the natural flow of cerebral spinal fluid throughout the body. Craniosacral work has been known to support the body's central nervous system and can help people overcome health issues that include back pain, headaches, chronic injury, insomnia, depression, stress, TMJ and anxiety (and much much more).
This is not just "energy work" (I get asked this question a lot!) This is actually using the science that was rooted in osteopathy and focused in a variety of techniques to create what is known as craniosacral work. It truly bridges the art of science, and science of art.
Hands can be placed anywhere on the body to do a craniosacral session, but often involves touching the sacrum, parts of the spine, the cranial bones, and sometimes intra-oral work (hands on teeth/gums/muscles of the mouth) depending on the persons needs. Every session is unique since every person is unique!

Testimonies
"Every time I end a craniosacral massage session with Angi I say the same thing.. "It felt like I was swaddled into bliss". -Carly
"I have been working through trauma, PTSD and post cancer related discomfort. Angi creates a safe place for emotions and release. During the sessions I can literally feel an energetic flow being restored within my body. I could feel pulsating warmth from head to toe! I felt so safe and held that I was able to release tears and energetic stagnancy during our time together. I left sessions feeling extremely relaxed and uplifted. Angi is very knowledgeable and I consider her to be a true healer!" - Melissa M.
"First and foremost, Angi has an authentic spirit/presence that allows one to become comfortable around her; which allows you to trust her. Second, Angi's touch during the massage is warm and invites relaxation. Third, and this is important, the shift. What I'm talking about is not something that happens explosively. It's a subtle shift that starts with being relaxed. You may, like I did, experience a central nervous system and skeletal shift, or experience visions, or see colors, but that's not a guarantee. What you will experience after a few bodywork sessions with Angi is a shift. My shift includes: the nagging small backache not there anymore, that feeling of hopelessness lifted, and a deep appreciation for compassion - for myself and others. I don't know what will shift for you, but I do know Bodywork by Angela (Angi) Fisher will help you shift" - Kristine S.
"Angi is my go to for regular body work including craniosacral and Breema. She has a super relaxing style and manner that immediately puts me in a state of deep relaxation. So deep that most of the time I end up losing consciousness towards the end of the session. I love it that way, too. I wish you much success building your client base but I hope you don’t become so successful you won’t have time to keep seeing me regularly." - David W.
"I have been struggling with lower back pain for many years now, and I've tried everything - physical therapy, massage of various types, exercise, massage guns, chiropractors, rest, painkillers, minor surgeries. Nothing gave me relief for longer than a day or two at most, and while many techniques felt good, it felt like a respite before my body clenched back up.
Seeing Angi for craniosacral work, though, was both gentle on my body and had significant results! My hips have more mobility than they have in a long time. My lower back feels so much better. Angi also gave me some stretches to help me maintain my relief. Really solid body work." -Kitty S.
