WHAT'S IT ABOUT?
A place for all bodies to feel accepted and heard. This program focuses towards those who are new to body love yoga and wanting to find an accessible approach.
An introduction to meditation and asana /postures.
Using the elements of the earth, and the space around us to find movement that works for your individual unique body.
First, we honor the ancestors and all those teachers who brought this practice to this moment. Then, we incorporate how that affects our own unique body.
Bringing in the notion of body love. LOVE is a CORE principle in all of my teachings, because it is always present, it is not a destination - it is a journey.
Learning to love our bodies where we are at takes time and every day it changes.
Learn foundational approaches to your asana practice.
There will be seated/chair versions and floor versions available, depending on the needs of the group.

who is this for?
- People who have low back pain/Pain. Intro to how therapeutic Yoga can be
- Folks working from home and needing support.
- People who have been stalking me and not taking my classes because they are intimidated.
- Don’t know which muscles are what (Want to learn about the muscles in their body)
- Want to learn how to meditate and different types of breathing. Pranayama
- Moving meditation, what is it?
- Open to all genders.
CIRCLE THEMES
- Circles are for those that want to go deeper into the philosophy of Yoga (will be recorded if you cannot attend live)
- Introduction to the different types of Yoga and what they are.
- The yamas and niyamas, and the eight limbs.
- Yoga is not just stretching it is a WAY OF LIFE.
- Deepening this sacred relationship to yourself - your sadhana (spiritual practice).
