HOW TO JOIN A CLASS
* Classes range from 60 - 75 minutes long.
Bringing the balance between what is easeful in our bodies (what feels good!) and what needs strengthening. Relaxing (stretching) and building muscle (strength/resilience) is a core focus in these classes. But! everyone is unique. Find your rhythm.
Whether you did Yoga "years ago" or are a pro, you will find something useful in my class if you're ready to challenge yourself with a deeper connection to your SELF with a little more body love. Believe me, that body love changes every day, it is not a destination, it is a journey!
These classes offer meditation, mindfulness practices, movement, sometimes a little dancing, and REST (stretching your muscles relaxes them!)

Classes are $15-$25 per class *I offer a few scholarships per month for those who cannot pay. Just ask!

REGISTER + PAY
Register and pay for the class you wish to take. Simply add the name of the class you want to take on your payment. A waiver will be sent after you pay.
